Born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Chef Todd Perrin is all about Atlantic Canada’s fresh air, palates and perspectives on classic dishes. Chef Perrin has dedicated his career to experimentation with local ingredients and sharing Newfoundland’s best flavours with all who come to visit.

For one night only in support of Kitchens 4 Missions, Mallard Cottage will also welcome guest chef, Chef Derrick Reinhardt of Montreal's McKiernan's Luncheonette, to cook for our special guests.

Owned by David McMillan, Fred Morin & Derek Dammann, the McKiernan’s Luncheonette is the latest brainchild from the Joe Beef-Liverpool House group and Derek Dammann of Maison Publique. Ontario native, Chef Derrick Reinhardt, spent eight years at the Parkside Restaurant in Vancouver, BC prior to joining the team at the renowned Joe Beef/Liverpool House Group in Montreal, QC.
