Evoo offers a variety of vegetable forward and locally driven pizzas, pastas and small plates with Mediterranean influences. They aim to provide an intimate and attentive dinning experience with a creative craft cocktail program and local craft beers. They experience regular change in their menus as a vehicle for their evolution.
Their menu is meant to be a reflection of their creativity and ambition showcasing the potential of plant-based alternatives to the local terroir while maintaining the restaurant’s roots of Mediterranean cuisine.
